What is included in the hardware cost?
Each HydraPulse dispenser is $2,400 and includes the connected hardware unit, installation support, and initial calibration. The monthly plan covers software, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Is there a minimum device commitment?
Yes — the minimum commitment is 5 devices, starting at $395 per month on the Essential plan.
How does dispensing overage work?
Each device includes 5,000 dispenses per month. Additional dispenses are billed at $0.02 each. Most standard-use facilities stay well within the included allowance.
Do you offer voice interaction on every plan?
Voice guidance is available on the Intelligent plan. Essential and Connected plans use touch-based interactions. Voice interactions above 2,000 per device per month are billed at $0.03 each.
What happens with multi-site deployments?
For deployments above 25 devices, a centralized administration platform fee of $299 per month applies. This unlocks cross-site reporting, unified fleet management, and organization-level controls.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can move between tiers at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
